After premiering at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, where it took out the Special Jury Prize for Spirit of Defiance, Alison Klayman’s Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry has just received an official trailer and poster thanks to Sundance Selects. The documentary profiles Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei, who is known for bringing international attention to the practices of his government through social media and art. Playing at the Sydney Film Festival and selected to screen at the Melbourne International Film Festival, the trailer captures the artist’s work and his current situation in a compelling and passionate manner.
